Pros

- Great company and great leadership with frequent team outings and events. - Ability to work on a multitude of different projects, and the freedom to jump to different roles / tech stacks. - Free drinks / snacks - Coldbrew on tap - Good and affordable healthcare

Cons

- Can be hard to meet with management / leadership as they are always running around doing something - Salary is around average for the area; it's a smaller company so don't have as much money to pay super high salaries

Pros

Code and Trust is a great place to work to learn and grow in the software space. They have a ton of cool projects that they work on.

Cons

Juniors who are mostly learning and not contributing don't get paid well...

Pros

Lots of autonomy to work on your project and bring ideas to your team. Start-up Software with creativity instead of boring code. Cool teammates that stick around for Happy Hours and events. Located in the harbor entrepreneur center with lots of other companies. Lots of alumni have gone on to other high paying jobs.

Cons

Not the highest pay because salaries are based on start-up client hourly work. During code sprint's long hours or weekends might apply to your team.
