I'm very proud of my job - Code Green is at the forefront of their industry and they are constantly setting the standard with their innovations. It's made for the most interesting work experience of my career, both fro the standpoint of the variety of projects I've been able to work on and the clients I've been able to worl for.

Cons

I've had to pull long hours to meet deadlines before.

Pros

The biggest pro is simply that my managers aren't constantly bearing over me and micromanaging everything I do like so many other places I've worked. I'm actually happy when I see one of my managers, because they help me out all the time. They're also nice and easy to get along with. The people there are just really nice in general.

Cons

I don't think there are any. There haven't been for me anyway.
