In my 25 years of corporate experience, I have never worked somewhere that cares so much about getting it right. Right for their customers, right for their students, right for their tutors, right for their employees. Because we have grown so fast, it might not be evident from the outside looking n, but being an employee, you really see how much the business cares about doing the right thing universally, and how much work goes into discovering just how to go about it.
