Pros
Family type work environment, unlimited growth potential, a great mentor, competitive compensation, and a dynamic role that is never boring.
Cons
It's a small start-up so the ambiguous environment can be a bit much sometimes but we all work together to overcome the challenges.

Pros
The company is still young and growing so there is ample opportunity to jump in, contribute, and learn a ton about recruiting, business development, startups, and the Seattle technical market. Every day and every client bring new and exciting challenges and I loved the fast-paced working culture and environment.
Cons
As we are a young company, there is little in the way of processes and workflows that are still being developed... so dealing with ambiguity is a big part of the job. Sometimes work-life balance can be a bit tough, but that comes with the territory in a startup!
