The company has a lot of talented people that collaborate together and are devoted to help your career growth. Asides from work, the online team game is something that I personally look forward to. It doesn't make me feel like I'm working alone and remotely.

Cons

If you love a fast paced environment, you will enjoy every moment.

I can't think of any cons. The company is growing which can mean change, but my observation has been transparency and good communication to keep everyone in the loop on what's happening.

Pros

Great place to work. The company cares about their employees and it shows in the culture. Workload is very manageable as they try to limit the amount of accounts we’re assigned so we can provide each account ample focus.

Cons

Fast growing, so certain processes aren’t built out and refined like training.
