      Pros

      Great company to work for, we're on the cutting edge of Real Estate in payment technology. The employees are happy and fun and have great relationships; there is room for upward mobility for high performers

      Cons

      As with most jobs the transition to corporate life can be challenging. Executive leadership is supportive but they care, which is important.
