It is so encouraging to be working as part of a close-knit team that pull together to make a very real difference in people's lives. My job is varied and fascinating. The training I received on joining was comprehensive yet realistic; at no point was I left floundering - or bored! I feel supported by management and co-workers alike, I really do love my job. We all work remotely, yet there are systems in place where we connect and genuinely build together - I am surprised at how well it works.

Clean Sheet is a really great charity to work for. The team is friendly and close-knit, and I receive ample support from my manager. There's a real emphasis on making sure the staff's wellbeing is looked after which is really valuable. We all work from home but have regular touch points online to maintain connections. The work Clean Sheet do is amazing and I'm thankful to be a part of it.
