      Supportive culture with limited promotion opportunities

      Pros

      Great culture, almost no weekend work, encourages independence and innovation, stock is doing very well. Really great place to work as a parent of young kids.

      Cons

      People tend to stay in the jobs they have, and hierarchy is very flat. So if you care about getting promoted to management, you’re better off going somewhere with lots of middle managers and higher employee turnover.
