      A few of the middle managers were absolutely dreadful and insecure. They somehow slipped through the cracks of not aligning with Leaderships' values.

      -The people are amazing and help you grow professionally and personally. -Quick work environment -move up quickly if you work hard

      Cons

      -This is really a con but it is a very startup company. So you have to be okay with change and be quick on your feet. It’s important to communicate because things are constantly changing which can be good or bad, depending on the person.
