We sometimes have to work late onsite but this isn’t a regular occurrence

-always friendly, thankful and open minded management team, allowing you to choose tasks that you are most interested in -company invests money for your personal IT certifications without any hesitation, they even push you forward to participate in any -software development team is a team of very talented and helpful people. You have no better source of knowledge like your friends in a company you work for -cool relations between event and IT teams -kind of great family atmosphere inside the office with a lot of out-of-office life too -flexible working hours -free pizza for everyone once a week

Cons

-sometimes stressful deadlines -occasional after hours, but you can take these hours back next day -a lot of work during event season, brings a little chaos sometimes
