      -Flexible work arrangements, in the remote work culture, as long as we complete our duties and responsibilities. -As a team works together, supports each other, and working for a goal. - The technical and the operational leadership is very helpful and flexible.

      So grateful to be working at a startup that genuinely encourages you to explore and grow. The people here are amazing, esp my department, love them! And being able to work remotely makes it even better! 😊

      The team is extremely supportive and always available to help. The CEO is very transparent about the company’s goals, vision, and progress. My Risk team lead is highly talented, approachable, and consistently supports and guides the team.
