      Pros

      The company practices great transparency, which I really appreciate — it’s reassuring to know where the company stands in terms of finances, employment, and the overall operations happening behind the scenes. Flexibility is also a huge plus; being able to balance both work and life without having to choose one over the other is such a relief. Incentives and the overall care for employee welfare are also commendable, and it’s clear that the company genuinely values its people.

      Cons

      On the other hand, it’s quite a niche marketing agency with a strong focus on email marketing, so there might be a bit of a learning curve for those coming from different fields. For graphic designers, the team is currently transitioning to Figma, so being familiar with the tool would definitely help with the adjustment.

      Pros

      Super flexible, if you want to live the digital nomad lifestyle, you can with Chronos. Really friendly environment and culture, no micro-managing, no pressure or stress, it makes you want to ACTUALLY work. I find myself doing tasks hours after my shift or on weekends. Not because I have to, but because I want to. Overall rating for working here: 10/10

      Cons

      Training phase can be pretty overwhelming with ALL the information, take your time and enjoy the process.
