      Pros

      Great potential for career growth. Management is flexible and open to new, creative ideas and encourage team collaboration. Fun, relaxed environment working with a tight-knit group of smart, creative, passionate people. Excellent perks all around!

      Cons

      Self-discipline and time management are musts in this office - limit yourself to one game of ping-pong a day if you find it difficult to get your concentration back.

      Pros

      - Great perks (EZ-Pass reimbursement, fuel stipend, catered lunches, gym on site, quarterly outings, ping pong, and a performance zone specifically designed for employee wellness) - Casual environment (it's nice to be comfortable at work!) - Many opportunities to try out different things, managers are very supportive of employee growth - Overall cool culture, young people who are very driven and passionate about what they do

      Cons

      - Focus on healthy foods to avoid the Chitika 20 :) There are a lot of healthy options but its easy to get sidetracked by the snacks!
