Pros
Everyone across the board is down to earth and genuinely helpful. It's a rare occurrence to work at place that is devoid of d-bags but they pull it off. WLB is good, There is plenty of work to do that is challenging and interesting. Pay is competitive and commensurate with the work I perform.
Cons
It's been a bit of a struggle adjusting to cloud trends within the industry but they are on the right track.

Pros
The type of place where you can work hard with smart and creative technical people who also take pride in what they do. The company culture is laid back yet fast paced, with plenty of opportunities to grow with your team. Also a place to see cool new things and work with all kinds of media organizations around the country.
Cons
Can be a bit too hectic sometimes. The company is growing every year, along with growing pains of keeping up with the work coming in.
