Pros

It's steady work. You show up, do your work and go home. You get some good exposure and experiences to the insurance world without having to do sales. You're paid every Friday and there is some room to grow and advance

Cons

They could do more for employee moral. Whether it's direct management or above them, it would be nice to feel more appreciated.

Excellent first job out of college, great starting wage, friendly co-workers, nice hours, management really cares about the employees.

Cons

Unfortunately the company doesn't offer direct deposit.
