Relatively flexible hours, lots of room for new ideas and innovative research. Small company, so you can really get noticed and advance quickly if you work hard.
Cons
Not a large company, so there is a lot of work to do. Small company feel can lead to interpersonal problems that become bigger issues over time.

Cons
Company operates in oligopoly market with many well established companies and customer relationships. The current management team has yet to establish clear strategic direction for the company.
