      Chance to work directly with healthcare clients and build strong relationships. Experience in patient management and communication. Competent and supportive people on board – sales, operations, and product. Good salary and benefits (healthcare coverage and PTO included).

      Pros

      The product is physician-built and focused on improving patients' understanding of their condition at the point of care, so it feels good to be part of its support network. I have competent and dedicated teammates, and the workload is manageable most weeks. The pay is decent, and the work-life balance is much better than I expected.

      Cons

      Company direction has changed a few times, making priorities uncertain.
