I came to Chartwell nearly 15 years ago. They treated me well from the start. Shortly after I joined, they let me work for months remotely (contrary to company policy at the time) to help care for my mother who had cancer. They have listened to my ideas from the start and I wound up helping make the company what it is today.

Cons

No company is perfect. We are a much smaller company than you'd think, given our footprint in the utility industry. We try to give our very talented folks as much runway as we can.

Lots of head office support and head office knowledge. I trust this company's going to be around a very long time with lots of room for growth they put a lot of effort into staff support and morale
