Pros
Change Machine does a good job identifying people's strengths and helping cultivate those strengths. They then follow that up by leaning on you and trusting you to be an expert in those strengths Change Machine also has a great working culture that emphasizes collaboration and the importance of a work-life balance
Cons
As of Q1 2021, Organization is going through some reorganization due to a rebrand, launch of a new platform, and launching a drive to sustainable scale up. This can result in some short term fluctuation in workflows/procedures/communication lanes.

- Opportunity to develop your skills by taking on tasks outside of your role - Down to earth leadership and colleagues - Small team, you aren't just a number - Transparency around financials and projections company-wide. - Get a bit of flexibility when it comes to your schedule, working overtime is frowned upon.
Cons
- Lots of things are in motion, this is typical and expected for where we are but unless you thrive in that it might not be a good fit.
