      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly so they are having strong hiring and internal growth opportunities. The work is challenging and engaging across all departments, there is allot of internal change going on with the new COO, who is making initiatives to modernize (ERP implementations, new departments) and train the staff and managers in science and mgmt. lots of investment into the company

      Cons

      With so much going on it can be a little bit hectic and people can be stressed out a bit.
