      Pros

      I learned a lotthe last couple years, extremely nurturing and supporting environment for learning, and we always work on intellectually challenging and interesting projects

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to get fast feedback on code sure to busy schedules and small teams. Due to the cutting edge nature of the work, there's often a lot of ambiguity involved which isn't ideal as a new hire (but peer are always open to help)

      Pros

      Company is filled with a diverse blend of talent, industry-leading technology for a company of its scale, and a good culture that never permits boredom. Above all, the CEO, John Bares, is probably the best quality CEO that I would ever expect to find working at a tech company.

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines can be pressing, but that comes with the job.
