      80+ year old company with strong ties to the community and region. Very good company culture with community volunteering opportunities that are promoted by management. Focused on innovation while continuing the mission of better access, affordability and equity in healthcare

      Cons

      Internal politics at the executive level make innovation and moving fast difficult, and in some cases impossible. Some long tenured employees are happy with the status quo and struggle to embrace new technology and new ways of doing things.
