      Pros

      I loved working there. The staff are great and the students are so much fun. I loved how I could take the students on outings to get real life learning experiences and having a campus was a great way to teach life skills like crossing the street!

      Cons

      Pay wasn’t great, but they did give significant raises right when I was leaving.

      Pros

      Students are amazing, build wonderful relationships, a lot of training.

      Cons

      There was no real supervision, would have been awesome to check in with a supervisor to see how things are going in the classroom. Also no stability within the classroom, you could be asked to go to another classroom for the day where the students do not know you.
