Pros

There's an empathic culture of collaboration, openness for new ideas and taking on initiatives. The company is cloud-native and works with modern technologies. People are motivated to learn and improve things. Practically, there's a nice new office, there's flexibilty to work some days from home, and the office IT is modern and works well.

Cons

As the company is relatively young and growing, and the used car market is competitive, things change continuously: business priorities are regularly adjusted; and e.g. some processes, data resources, and training programmes are under development. This offers opportunities, but it all requires you to be proactive, communicative and flexible.
