      Pros

      Working with dev teams and having the overview of management vison was clear to achieve the business needs and overview of the progress what is actually needed. Leaving the company was hard but fhe there is always a chance to come back to give my contribution to make everything as expected.

      Cons

      Some ideas were not supported by commercial.

      Pros

      Work and personal time balance is great, I can relay on the fact that after work hours I can plan quality time with my family. In my 3 years of working here, I have learned many new things and have had opportunities to grow professionally. Company is evolving and growing, I am still having fun working here.

      Still nothing bad to say.
