      Pros

      You have a voice and your ideas are heard, the best culture I have ever experienced in an organization, always feel supported, great work/life balance - in fact, better than I could have imagined, AMAZING coworkers! Len no longer works there.

      Cons

      Departments work in a silo, so innovations and communications amongst teams can fall short. I don't see a growth pattern for my role.

      Pros

      From my very first interview, I knew this place was going to be different. Every employee that I’ve interacted with is so genuine and welcoming. I joined my team remotely and it truly feels like I’m right there in Louisville with them. Everyone is so eager to help and I truly feel that they want me to succeed.

      I cannot think of any.
