Pros

Good benefit and reimbursement programs, matches mutual fund contributions, flexible remote work schedule, generous leave options (vacation and wellness), and strong emphasis on work/life balance. Active social and EDIA committees, approachable and trained management, skill training and personal development is encouraged. Concentration on sustainability: as an organization, in its digital journals, in its branded swag, and as a brand. The board and senior management genuinely seem empowered, passionate, optimistic, innovative, and forward-thinking about the company. CEO is approachable, ambitious, friendly, and social. She also remembers all employees’ names!

Cons

Recruiting process was slow. Also, recent restructuring was rough on staff, but leadership has been transparent and communicative about the transition.
