      Pros

      - incredibly good employee benefits (pension, free lunch, flexibile working in terms of hours and unpaid leave, parental leave policy) - Friendly people and good atmosphere - good engineering facilities and often interesting projects

      - rapid expansion caused some company instabilities, some redundancies made

      Pros

      After a couple of difficult trading years I feel a new sense of optimism about CDP's future now. We continue to deliver on challenging projects for a pretty varied set of clients, working in a talented and dedicated team. It gets me out of bed in the morning!

      Cons

      I do wish more of my long-serving colleagues and friends would return to the office to join in the problem solving project work and fun!
