      Pros

      My time at Cal Net has been very rewarding. I have had the opportunity to work with amazing people and clients. I encourage current and prospective team members to continue to focus on their own continual improvement and prepare their skills for the opportunities that new solutions in the cloud will bring to the industry.

      Cons

      There is good and bad with anything. Cal Net is no different. Glad to see management taking quick action when needed.

      Pros

      Cal Net shows their employees that they understand their worth. Good incentive programs for all levels of employment. Management try’s to make things fun and that is much appreciated.

      Cons

      The company has had its challenges but usually powers through them. There are some weak links that are still kept around but that just tells you that Cal Net isn’t a company that gives up on its employees.
