Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for being part of the team over the past several years. We’re glad to hear that our supportive, growth‑focused culture has helped you build your engineering skills and navigate the industry — creating space for learning and mentorship is something we take seriously. We also appreciate your feedback regarding pay progression. As a small but growing firm, we regularly review our compensation structure to ensure it remains competitive, transparent, and aligned with both market conditions and internal career development. Input from long‑tenured team members is especially valuable as we continue refining those processes.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of the team. We’re glad to hear that our focus on patience, mentorship, and hands‑on learning has supported your growth — creating space for younger staff to develop strong MEP fundamentals is something we take pride in. We also appreciate your note about processes feeling cumbersome at times. As our project load and team size grow, we’re continually evaluating which processes add clarity and which may need to be simplified. Feedback from employees who are actively doing the work is essential in helping us strike the right balance between structure and efficiency.
