Pros
The CEO is a really decent guy. Upper management seems to genuinely care about work/life balance which is rare in today’s job market. Everyone is friendly and seems to enjoy working here. Fantastic PTO, most I’ve ever had. The work itself is pretty interesting, you learn absolutely everything about whatever market segment you are monitoring.
Cons
It’s a small company so there isn’t that much room for upward mobility compared to other firms, when CI radar grows this will change. Also starting pay isn’t great compared to other jobs in the industry. The CEO did just give everybody a substantial raise to avoid losing talent (Great Resignation).

Casual, stress-free office environment, flexible schedule, open door policy from management, good new employee training, friendly co-workers, work from home days/weeks, no micro-managing, PTO, interesting work assignments, helpful staff in every department.
Cons
Low pay and lack of upward mobility. Few ways to gain relevant experience that translates well to future career opportunities
