Calm, stable, non-americanized environment, traditional to academia. Absence of pressure - no micromanagement, no overload. Work-life balance. Employees at the company reply very quickly, as all are located in one country, and not overloaded. Responsibilities are divided among colleagues, relying on traditional division of labor and expertise.
Cons
Salary is lower, than in commercial sector. Non-permanent contract. You are expected to be self-motivated, and have the ability to deliver results independently. Office interior is on the older side.
