Pros
CESL belongs to big Company, TECK and give enough time to hande your job. There are many events to join and company discount benefits.
Cons
The company is too dependant on the Mining Industry (copper price). The place is better for engineers not for programmers which means, they preferably rely on Excel sheet, and not willing to change to new IT technologies.
