-On the sales front, there is no commission cap.... If you are a go getter. Get in here and pay off your house. Or buy a second one... -Family oriented company- You will meet some of the best people from all walks of life. -Huge opportunity for someone wanting to advance their career. We have been growing to the point of creating positions as needed. -Most importantly. This is not a national conglomerate such as most of our competitors. We are not top heavy, nor riddled with red tape. Your voice will be heard. We want leaders that will step up to help us innovate, and continuously improve our SOP’s.

Cons

- Like many growing companies we will experience growing pains. The rental industry is highly competitive and ever changing. We will always strive to adapt and adjust as necessary to meet our customer needs. -Lots of miles driven. Vehicle reimbursement could use improvement.
