      First job in Canada, well till I asked for promotion - management is afraid of professional and knowledgeable employees

      pays for your education, nothing else

      Cons

      They won't let you make improvements, they are jealous on your achievements and success, if you are good they won't let you grow, HR doesn't exist in reality after the former manager left, huge nepotism, they don't care about the client or employees

      provide lots of training but mostly repetitive. nothing much to say.

      Cons

      lack of resources. low pay and work under pressure. force to take emergency call 24/7 and it was not on the job description. lack of management skills.

      Unprofessional management in BC responsible for high turnover rate

      Pros

      There are no reasons to work for unethical company that transfer (in British Columbia) all maintenance workers and painters to Zegas Group and dismissed all cleaners and the carpenter without advance warning.

      Cons

      Management in British Columbia is unprofessional and unqualified to do their job. They do not know anything about managing people, working with people, talking to people. Abusive language and rude/aggressive behaviour is normal in the company. Only people who kowtow to top (VIP) manager are promoted and are met preferentially. This situation creates double standards, unfairness, and inequitable conditions. This company cannot be among the best 50 employers! It occupied someone else place.
