Collaborative environment, flexible work schedules, employer paid healthcare, Great Management & amazing CEO. BuzzBee is the best company I have had the pleasure to work for.

Cons

Being such a small agency, you have to be nimble and be prepared to wear many hats. If you are bad at multitasking, this is not the place for you.
