Pros
First off, the whole vibe here is awesome. Leaders don't micromanage their team but allow them to work at their own pace. With the flexible schedule, everyone gets to have a life outside work. Grateful to be surrounded by people who genuinely care, not only about their people but also in the environment.
Cons
Like any company, it also have its less satisfying factor. Since Buskowitz is still in a small to medium enterprise, it's still working on improving the processes bit by bit. Progress, no matter how small, is still progress. With its purpose, everything will turn out fine in the long run.
