- Actively look for ways to move people up; I have personally seen over 2 dozen employees grow their career at BDR (transition to better positions within the company) - Benefits that continue to expand - Caring team members and leadership - Open to change (and new ideas, even from entry level employees) - Mission, Vision, and Values are consistently shown by all team members and withheld - Fantastic company culture (successful people “fit” within the company naturally)
Cons
- Occasionally a toxic employee gets in; typically they don’t last long, but sometimes they are able to hide the toxic behaviors from leadership and last longer than they should

Not much bad things to say. Remote opportunities, a caring leadership group, and one of the best support staffs.
