      Pros

      BCS is a very family-oriented company that runs on Christian values. I worked there several years, and had the best coaching and mentorship which allowed me to grow and prepared me for other larger opportunities.

      Cons

      I loved working at BCS and had no downsides.

      Pros

      I had a positive experience working for Business Control Systems. The company culture is one of the best aspects—it's collaborative, and fosters a sense of community. Everyone is supportive and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. Working for gave me a real sense of purpose. I felt valued, and the work we do at BCS is meaningful and impactful. Management is not only approachable but truly supportive.

      Pros

      BCS has provided opportunities for contract labor and internal team members for over 30 years. Hire on culture fit and a wide variety of skill sets. Brand new office in the works, providing a energetic and modern place to work and be proud of. Very little internal turnover none in the last 14 months. BCS is employee-centric, goal centric and everyone has and knows their purpose within the organization. The front office and back office both live and work by the mission and values that BCS employees created. BCS provides top IT and engineering talent to Fortune 500 companies and is always looking to partner with companies in the IT and Engineering space.
