Pros

- Tons of talent and great people in the different teams, supportive colleagues, good culture and people team - The potential for growth is huge, the mission is very meaningful and the impact real - A lot of room to grow and to contribute with new products, processes, adding new clients etc. - Result oriented and very transparent about the goals, the results and the strategy - New management team is very responsible and shows ownership of actions and results. Supportive, approchable, friendly, and open to new ideas.

Cons

Frequent changes and turnover. But this is startup life and what makes it exciting, you have no time to get bored. That also means that as the company is still evolving and growing, people who work hard, share ideas and make things happen have an opportunity to leave their mark and personally contribute to the growth of the business.
