Pros

Working at BRE is a great way to grow your chemical engineering experience. Work/projects can be diverse and interesting if you make it so. Good training to help you get caught up to speed. The people are very willing to help and easy to work with.

Cons

This is a flat organizational structure so if you are hoping to climb a ladder, this is probably not the place.

Thorough initial training Flexibility with how you do your job as long as you meet sales quotas Responsibilities given early with pushes to get interaction time with clients and training on how to maintain those relationships

Cons

Software training is pretty much self-led, but their training courses are structured ok so its easy to pick up with some time Commission structure can either be really good or really bad depending on the year
