      Professionals of various backgrounds work well together to form Sr. Management Team.

      Pros

      Smaller Campus. more personable and able to build relations with various departments and everyone works very well together.

      Cons

      Small staff and lesser bodies is sometimes an issue when you are trying to work on multiple projects at the same time.

      A Good Place to work

      Pros

      Overtime if you want it. Time and a half for overtime. Health insurance that includes vision and dental. A cafeteria for staff, if you want it. Pretty well run. A very caring staff that back each other up. Staff actually care about the patients, I seen staff who go out of their way to help a patient and show such kindness.

      Cons

      There are always cons. Parking can be a problem. But for the most part, not too may cons. Staff can be clicky but any place that employs a large amount of staff will be the same way. The only problem is pay checks . I am hoping to work here a long time and I worry about Brylin staying afloat.
