- The biggest reason I came to this firm was to drive change in my area of expertise and work with colleagues who have the same goals because that is most fulfilling to me. This firm embraces change that propels the firm forward. - The firm's leadership is very approachable. - If you dedicate time to establishing relationships across the firm, you will be successful here.
