Good training, good supervisors, interesting field. Excellent culture and very teamwork driven.

Had to move out of state for family and they are only Colorado based

All coworkers have been great and inclusive from the start, staff parties and group trainings are always enjoyable and a great way to bond with coworkers. There are lots of people to help when you have questions or need a hand, but management encourages critical thinking and learning on your own as well. Lots of personal and professional growth is possible if you are open to it, I have grown tremendously in my short time here.
Cons
If you don't have experience in housing, training can be tricky but once you get the hang of things its smooth.
