Pros
It's a cool team to work for. If there's any politics being played, it's far out of your sight, so I'd say there's a good culture overall. I did see multiple people progress to new positions while I was there, so there is definitely mobility.
Cons
If you're looking for structure with obvious goals/practices/etc., this isn't that. It's definitely a bit of a loose work environment and that can lead to some panic moments/lack of communication across the board.
