      Lots of hands-on analytical experience, particularly with Excel. Learn the ins and outs of real estate, and be able to work with a great team.

      Medium medium-sized company and the current economic environment is slowing down deals, so at times there wasn't enough work to do.

      Pros

      There is an amazing level of commitment and transparency from the top down at this organization. Teams are comprised of extremely smart and talented individuals who are willing to help anytime. Collaboration, open door approaches and teamwork are top priorities of the senior management team here. Benefits are top of the line, affordable and all encompassing.

      Cons

      A lot of compliance regulations, but that comes with the industry. If you worked in another field before, it isn't something you are used too.
