1) Company works for a great cause, i.e developing software products (HMIS) which plays it's part in helping out to maintain records of homeless people and the services taken by them and helping out HUD and different clients.
2) Every one is ready for a constructive discussion on any topic either technical or non-technical (open to new ideas)
Cons
1) Workflow processes are not well defined and they evolve being a start up company.
2) Not much perk benefits
