Pros

Flexible schedules and Good management

Cons

Sometimes there are scheduling issues such as the schedules are posted late. However, they email them to you and you should know the events happening.

Pros

Laid back environment and nice people to work with. Lots of nice perks such as free ski passes from some of the business we worked with. I build all of the POS infrastructure that was used for the concession sales at the Super Bowl in Florida and subsequently was able to see the footage from back stage. I was able to travel to various ski resorts in the Northeast to service their machines and was able to ski while i was there, and even bring a couple of friends and the whole thing was comped. All in all, a very fun place to work

Cons

Not much room for growth

Pros

Great for you on Season.

Cons

Off Season was a drag, they struggle to find you hours to not lose you but, it's not enough.
