Good Positive work environment and People. Everyone works together and are friendly with each other. I have worked for some bad places but this place is great. Having read these negative reviews, I just don't see such within the work environment, Everyone is friendly in all the departments, they work as a team. I would expect these negative reviews are from those type people you always have to kick in the Butt to get them to actually work and yes such lazy people will always get their Butts chewed out but they bring it on themselves then blame others, and of course these negative reviews always seem to come from former employees! LOL!

Freedom to grow and experiment. Lots to learn from a marketing, creative, and sales standpoint. The products are interesting and fun to advertise. The people are great, very friendly and outgoing. There's never much boredom and a lot more freedom than most jobs. Management works hard to see to it that you get what you need and have everything to get your job done, whatever that job is. The owner is really great, an incredibly knowledgeable man who works harder than all of his employees combined. Also, can't beat health, dental, and vision insurance, plus vacation and personal days! Overall, a fun, great place to work.
