Pros

I had a ton of autonomy and flexibility to make decisions and do things the way that I wanted to do them, and had all of my decisions supported. Blueswitch does a good job of respecting their employees expertise, challenging them in respectful ways, and supporting them when issues come up. We did a lot of the core customer success check-in kind of stuff for clients, but additionally managed the projects large and small and helped develop solutions for new features. A smaller client load made this very doable and kept work interesting and challenging.

Cons

It's not really a good place for beginners, or those just starting off in the industry. I appreciated the autonomy and flexibility, others may need more structure in order to accomplish their goals.

Pros

BlueSwitch is an excellent company with a team of smart, kind, and driven employees that are experts in their field. This is immediately apparent from their 20 + years of high end website design and development with some of the biggest brand names across the globe like Panasonic or L'Oréal. Expertise also includes Marketing. Can't say enough good things about the people who work here.

Cons

A high standard of excellence means there can be a lot of oversight at times. Not an issue if the pursuit is for the best possible product from the company or their services.

Pros

Management values the personal lives of their employees and understands the importance of having a healthy work-life balance. They encourage us to take time off when we need it and offer flexible working hours to accommodate personal schedules. One of the best things about working for this company is the opportunities for growth. The management is committed to developing their employees and encourages us to pursue our goals and passions both in and out of work. They provide regular feedback on our performance and offer professional development opportunities to help us improve our skills. I have personally benefited from these opportunities and have been able to take on new responsibilities and advance my career. The team at this company is also incredibly supportive, from the C-level down. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help out. We work collaboratively and are encouraged to share our ideas and insights. I feel like I am part of a close-knit team that is working towards a common goal, even in a remote setting.

Cons

At times, it can be challenging to navigate through certain processes and workflows, which can cause some frustration. That being said, the company actively working to address these issues and make improvements. There have been recent initiatives and projects aimed at streamlining processes, and I am optimistic that this will be solved in the near future.
